QCC completes development of SIDv2

QCC has completed its development of their Security Incident Database (SID) to be a fully functional web-based application for deployment over an intranet. SID includes workflow functionality that includes the Incident Response Methodology now increasingly used by organisations both in the UK and internationally. SIDv2 also provides task management templates that enable pre-defined processes to be designed and implemented, immediately assigning jobs for the Incident Response Team as part of the response process whenever an incident is submitted to the system.
