Phil Swinburne joins QCC as a Senior Advisor

QCC is very pleased to have Phil Swinburne join their operations.  Phil was instrumental in the team that formed the UK National Hi-Tec Crime Unit and is the author and editor of a number of papers that give both Home Office and ACPO guidance on the investigation of CyberCrime. As a retired career police officer, Phil was Head of the Computer Crime Unit, New Scotland Yard and was a DI in the Metropolitan Police Fraud Squad for many years. He brings tremendous expertise to our operations, training and client advisory work.
