Blackthorn User Group

The Blackthorn User Group (BUG) is a quarterly meeting of Blackthorn users who share their experiences of Blackthorn, its uses and ideas for what they would like to see in the product.

The BUG also discusses process improvements within each member's field and suitably anonymised war stories where experience can be shared which often assists in better understanding and readiness. Each BUG member is required to enter into a strict confidentiality agreement which extends the Chatham House rule.

We have some great discussions and previews on new technology and tools that can assist proactive and reactive activities. Occasionally, we invite external speakers in related fields of expertise to present on a range of niche subjects.

The BUG is for the users, by the users!
